I do deliver them myself over two days, in my humble little Leaf (zero-carbon delivery). I keep the pâtisserie boxes in an insulated carrier with ice packs and blast the AC in the car. Once I leave home I usually deliver everything within 3 to 4 hours each day.

It is better if you can receive it directly at your work address or at home, but it’s also okay if you’re going back home soon after delivery, or leave a chilly bin outside to keep them safe. They're delicate so they have to be kept cold.

No, not yet. Keep an eye on this :)

Place them in the refrigerator upon arrival. Remove them from the fridge 15 minutes before serving. For the best experience, enjoy them within 48 hours of reception, while their organoleptic properties are still at their peak.

Oui oui ! Everything is made by me in my tiny registered kitchen, from scratch, using real, high-quality ingredients. Even the different creams, pralinés and marzipans are homemade, to ensure it tastes exactly like I want it to.

Yes, completely. No animal ingredients are used at all. My kitchen is 100% vegan, and I carefully check every ingredient label. On the rare occasions I use food colouring, I ensure it is fully plant-based and never derived from animals or insects (e.g. cochineal for red dye).
